Conversations on the Edge of Silence
This is our flagship foundation programme introducing the essence of our work with Generative Dialogue in groups, teams, organizations, and communities. This workshop gives participants a strong sense of much needed powerful new ways of being and working together, as we learn to open to what is emerging within the group as a whole through its different parts.
In this programme, we learn from our lived and shared experience, both individually and collectively. The growth of our learning community forms an essential part of what we explore. We work with the key content that arises, while deepening our awareness of process that is unfolding with and through the content that emerges.
We learn a new way of leading and facilitation. In this approach, rather than imposing leadership on the group, we learn to create the conditions for leadership and facilitation to devolve into the group as a whole. This allows the full creative potential and wisdom of the system to come into play, in a way that is both fruitful and fulfilling.

If the Tao of Groups and Organizations gives a powerful taste of this work in groups, our advanced long-term training in facilitating Generative Dialogue establishes and deepens the wisdom and skill to share Generative Dialogue in group Conversations on the Edge of Silence with others.
This programme consists of live units of 4, 3, 3, and, 4 days each, with online webinars and ongoing project work bridging the individual, small group, and plenary levels.
Please note, this programme takes places in the span of 14 days over one year.
